By using the Phoenix Park Business Directory you agree to the terms set out below.
1. About this directory
The directory is an independently operated community platform that helps Phoenix Park residents find products and services offered by other residents. It is not an official website of Phoenix Park Village, its developers, property managers or residents’ association.
2. Listing eligibility
Listings are intended for residents of Phoenix Park. When you submit a listing you confirm that you are a resident, that you are authorised to represent the business and that the information provided is accurate.
3. Review and approval
Every listing is reviewed by the administrator before publication. Approval means a listing has been accepted for publication. It is not a recommendation, endorsement, verification of qualifications or guarantee of quality, pricing or availability.
4. Your responsibilities as a business owner
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, for holding any licence, permit or insurance your trade requires, and for keeping your contact details and prices current. You must not post misleading claims, offensive content or content you do not own the rights to.
5. Your responsibilities as a resident
Confirm prices, qualifications, availability and service arrangements directly with the business before making a payment or entering an agreement. Transactions are strictly between you and the business.
6. Limitation of liability
The directory, its operators and administrators accept no liability for any loss, damage, dispute or injury arising from contact, transactions or agreements between residents and listed businesses.
7. Administrator rights
The administrator may edit, request changes to, suspend, reject or remove any listing at any time — for example where information is inaccurate, a business is no longer operating, content is inappropriate or a listing attracts credible complaints.
8. Prohibited listings
Listings that promote illegal goods or services, weapons, unlicensed financial schemes, adult content, or activity that would endanger residents are not permitted.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the directory means you accept the current version.
