We collect only the information needed to operate a safe community business directory.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email address and optional telephone number) and the business information you choose to publish, such as business name, description, contact numbers, opening hours, service area, photographs and social media links.
Information published publicly
Everything in the business sections of your listing is published once approved. Your personal name is shown only if you tick the option to display it. Your account email address is never published unless you enter it as a business contact email.
Address privacy
For your privacy and security, do not include your house number or exact residential address in your business description, flyer or photographs.
How we use information
To publish approved listings, to review submissions, to respond to enquiries and reports, and to contact you about the status of your listing. We do not sell your information.
Contact and report messages
Messages sent through the contact and report forms are visible only to the administrator and are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter.
Data storage and security
Data is stored in a secure managed cloud database with access rules that restrict each business owner to their own records. Only the administrator can view submissions awaiting review.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listing at any time from your dashboard, and you may contact the administrator to request removal of your account and associated listings.
Cookies
The directory uses only the essential storage needed to keep you signed in. There is no advertising tracking.
